About MedPally
MedPally is a medical literature discovery and organisation service. It provides personalised journal feeds, AI-generated summaries and links to external publication records.
Not medical advice
MedPally provides general information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations. Do not rely on a summary alone for patient care or another clinical decision. Check the original abstract and full publication and apply your own professional judgement.
AI-generated content
AI-generated summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate and may not include information available only in the full paper. We do not guarantee that a summary is error-free, current or suitable for a particular purpose. More detail is available on our AI summarisation page.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in credentials and activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, automate excessive requests, introduce malicious material or use MedPally in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Sources and external services
Publication information and links may come from PubMed and journal websites. Those services are independent of MedPally and their own terms apply. Availability of an abstract or full paper may change without notice.
Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of MedPally, including beta features. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of saved material.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, MedPally is provided without warranties and we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on summaries, external publications or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated date.
